Rule 247
Address to the meeting
(1) If requested by the Government of Nepal, the Speaker may grant permission for arrangements for the Head of State, Head of Government, Speaker, President or Secretary General of the United Nations of a foreign country to address the meeting. The speaker will determine a certain place for the officials to address.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the procedure to be adopted for the address shall be as prescribed by the Speaker.
